A number of our US customers have reached out asking to help towards the payment of the new USA tariffs on their pre-orders. This listing is for those of you who would like to contribute.
Please note: This is entirely optional and will have no impact on the shipping date of your order. You will not receive any items with this order.
To ensure that our US customers get their orders in good time, we have decided to take on the extra payment of tariffs for the pre-orders received before the 29th August. Due to the large number of orders, the admin involved for our small team to contact and chase up extra tariff payments would hold up all the shipments. This is a cost to us, but we want to ensure there are minimal hold ups, and everyone gets their orders.
We have set the price at £5 and you can order multiples if you would like to pay more. The current tariff rate is 10% of the order value.
If you do not wish to pay towards the tariff this will not impact your order, as Heber have already forecast for paying the required fees themselves. This is for those of you who would like to help.
