USA Shipping - Boss battle defeated, Yay!

*USA*
TLDR - It's all good.
If you have ordered a Multisystem2, here is the most up-to-date news about our progress for manufacturing and shipping out consoles to you.
A quick update on USA orders and progress with our shipping levels. We managed to navigate the Royal Mail new system for USA Shipments, we decided to pay all the Tariff charges (10% of total USA orders + £0.50 surcharges + Postal costs). As Royal Mail (UK) are collecting this on behalf of the end customer. This means that if you have already placed a pre-order with us for Multisystem2 and/or any other parts and you are in the USA, you wil not have to pay any charges, we have pre-paid them for you.
For future USA orders the Tariff charge will show at checkout, so you can see that it's all paid, and there should again, be no further charges to get the order to you.
When we announced this on social media, quite a lot of prople reached out to say they would like to pay the charge. To ensure that our US customers get their orders in good time, we decided to take on the extra cost of tariffs for the pre-orders received before the 29th August. Due to the large number of orders, the admin involved for our small team to contact and chase up extra tariff payments would hold up all the shipments. This is a cost to us, but we want to ensure there are minimal hold ups, and everyone gets their orders.
We have listed a page on the shop that's for anyone who wishes to pay a Tariff charge here - USA Tariff battle - Bonus stage
This is entirely optional and will have no impact on the shipping date of your order.
If you do not wish to pay towards the tariff this will not impact your order, as Heber have already forecast for paying the required fees. This is for those of you who would like to help with the costs.
While all that was going on, we have continued to manufacture, test, pack and ship out Multisystem2 consoles to pre-order customers. We have also continued with all other orders of products in the shop, so if you have a need for a device, console, system or product we sell, please feel free to place orders and we will get them out to you.
We smashed through Levels 3 and 4 and we are already into Level 5 (Order numbers #8001 to #8500). We think Level 5 should be completed by the end of September...
We continue to send out in order number priority sequence so please use the below as a guide to where we are, thank you.
We are also sending out progress updates across our websites (here) and via social media, this should hopefully limit the need for us to answer lots of messages asking when 'my' order is going to be shipped out.
When the shipment is about to be sent, you will see a status update on your order - 'awaiting shipment' and an e-mail message will be sent to you.
Then another message will be sent when it's shipped - usually a few days later.
We know lots of you are keen to know when to expect your order. We’ve created some shipping levels to help show where we are. We are ramping up both speed and volume, so stay calm and game on!

Bonus stage...
The SNAC Classic cartridge will be in stock very shortly, This is a dedicated SNAC/USER port for the Multisystem2, designed to allow the use of all/any existing SNAC adaptors that use the USB 3.0 port connection. It has a built in level shifter and three switches to select modes of operation.
If you have not yet placed an order for a Multisystem2, please jump into the pre-order queue, we are building lots more, thanks for all the support!
