This is a single 21mm x 21mm heatsink for component cooling. Adhesive backed thermal pad, ideal for cooling devices like the DE10-nano FPGA used on the Multisystem and other similar IC's.
This aluminium heat sink has an omnidirectional fin configuration, which allows air to enter and exit the heat sink in any direction, exposing the heat sink to the fastest possible air speed. This heatsink is also ideal for passive cooling. RoHS Compliant.
